Building: mitchell-codes.com itself — relaunching it as a Next.js 15 site maintained nightly by an agent that audits, files issues and opens PRs I merge each morning; the blog and a case-study section are the current work. Next up is making the first of my overnight multi-agent systems public with a README that reads as a case study.
Learning: agent architectures from first principles — single-agent loops vs. planner/executor vs. orchestrator/workers, measured on the same task with the same tools (model calls, tokens, wall-clock, dollars) instead of argued from enthusiasm.
Looking for: a Forward Deployed / AI Engineer role, remote-US or Nashville, where I ship agentic systems into real business processes — ideally in a regulated industry, where "the model did something" isn't an acceptable answer.
